You'll be spamming its pitchfork attack for the most part since its attack isn't good enough to do anything else until you get drain abilities. Prod is almost useless and whisper secret doesn't do much. However thats about all the class has to offer. Allowing it to cycle through while conserving its usage of sprinkles and food. Especially when it gains access to Drain Brain and Drain Energy. Imps defensive capabilities are matched by none. Imp: The best class for solo unit segments. Whirlwind blade is amazing but learned fairly late. Its best used from the start and not again. Its utility comes from its defensive traps and stealing free bananas and candies but lategame this is made mostly obsolete by sprinkle abundance. Thief struggles from the fact that most units can do its job by level 7. Thief: My favorite class and the only class that can fan its damage from the start aside from flower, however flowers damage output is abysmal at level 1 and flower takes much more investment into its attack. Princess is also frail and needs to be babysat unless you use it with your MU and have food bonuses stacked. But Pop star has access to these earlier and love me does escorts job better. Royal wind allows it to start tacking on some good damage and its utility is pretty good with its dance and escort abilities. Princess boasts another jack of all trades niche similar to chefs but it takes more investment. Princess: Would be at least a tier higher if it was available earlier and not totally outclassed by pop star. On its own the second best unit for a solo party member segment. It can't quite do clerics job but it can manage. Fambe puts its damage on par with cat and home cooking allows it to fill a niche healer role if the player wishes to not use cleric. Jack of all trades with decent damage output and healing abilities healing abilities. A faster yet not as tough warrior IMO.Ĭhef: in my opinion the best unit to start with. Glitch is a very good early ability too but doesn't add anything to significant to the class.Ĭat: Good Damage output and speed, while warrior is still better for its bulkiness and is available to start cat holds its own with double claw and its evasive abilities especially when paired with cool personality. Also boasts utility in the form of safety mask. Scientist starts off with lackluster defense and HP making it a glass cannon of sorts but this can easily be fixed with hp boosts from food. Paired with Cat and double claw its damage output begins to outclass warrior. Ignite and Its potion spew ability (Blanking on the name) are arguably two of the best and allow it to fan its damage. Scientist: The first class that isnt availble to start, scientist acts as a bit of a weaker warrior with more utility. With Off tune, it outclasses princess has even or slightly better damage then theif. Pop Star: By far best utility unit, ends feuds and boots relationship stats (albeit temporarily.) Off tune allows PS to fan out damage and it has decent status abilities to affect the enemy party. Best damage output in the game arguably with good defensive stats and abilities. Warrior: Would be S tier if it could spread out its damage. A moderately strong class to start out with thats boosted by its amazing damage output and abilities, with lightning it can fill the roles of thief and flower almost by itself and with explosion outclasses them entirely. Might do a separate list for MU controlled. Also assumes every unit is AI controlled. It also assumes that every unit is at least level 10 by the end of its section. Note this only includes the regular story mode classes.
